Storage notice
Cookie choices keep an ingredient inquiry useful without hiding the tradeoff.
This cookies notice explains the storage used around cooking and baking ingredients inquiry traffic, commercial kitchen cooking products pages and foodservice requests. Read one part at a time, then change the choice whenever you need.

A readable control, not a wall
Choose the part that answers your question.
01 / Overview
Necessary storage stays narrow; optional storage waits for a decision.
Flora Food Group uses this site as an inquiry destination for cooking and baking ingredients, sauces and professional foodservice ingredients. The page is not a shop. There is no cart, checkout, payment or card data.
Strictly necessary storage supports the page and the consent control. Analytics and advertising storage are optional. The consent banner does not block the catalogue, and the visitor can read the site before choosing.
The choice is recorded in the browser under site_consent_v2. The support chat also keeps a conversation token in the visitor's browser so the visitor can return to the conversation. No other choice is persisted by this site.
02 / Categories
Three categories describe what storage is doing.
Strictly necessary
These functions keep the consent choice, navigation state and a requested support chat available. They do not turn an inquiry into an order.
Analytics
Analytics storage helps measure how people use the catalogue and inquiry pages after the visitor allows it. It is not switched on by a hidden assumption.
Advertising
Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads send traffic here today. Advertising storage helps carry consent signals and campaign context when permission exists. A click identifier can arrive with a paid link: gclid from Google Ads, msclkid from Microsoft Advertising and fbclid from Meta Ads.
Flora Food Group does not claim that a platform has reviewed, approved or verified this site.
03 / Storage table
The names, operators and periods are set out plainly.
| Name | Who sets it | What it is for | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| site_consent_v2 | Flora Food Group site | Records the visitor's storage choice. | 6 months |
| chat token | Flora Food Group support chat | Returns the visitor to a support conversation. | 12 months with the chat transcript |
| gclid | Google Ads click | Identifies a Google advertising click and its campaign context. | Campaign or provider period |
| msclkid | Microsoft Advertising click | Identifies a Microsoft advertising click. | Campaign or provider period |
| fbclid | Meta Ads click | Identifies a Meta advertising click where a campaign runs. | Campaign or provider period |
Click identifiers are not a price, a payment record or a product order. A focused inquiry still needs the kitchen use, format and quantity.
04 / Consent mode
Consent Mode v2 begins with four denied signals.
Consent Mode v2 holds ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage denied until the visitor allows storage. If the visitor declines or withdraws, all four return to denied immediately.
This site receives paid clicks from Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads may send traffic here. The click identifiers are gclid, msclkid and fbclid. The identifier can show how the visit arrived; it does not identify a completed sale because this site takes no payment.
The advertising platforms are recipients of the categories needed for their service. The site does not claim a platform reviewed or approved it. The Microsoft privacy statement is linked in the policies section.
05 / Choice
Allow, decline or withdraw without losing the page.
The cookie banner offers Allow storage and Decline. Choosing allow enables the optional advertising and analytics storage described here. Choosing decline leaves necessary page functions available and holds the four Consent Mode v2 signals at denied.
To withdraw or change the choice later, use Cookie settings in the footer of any page. That control opens the banner again. A Global Privacy Control signal is also honoured as an opt-out without asking again. Its Sec-GPC header keeps advertising and analytics storage denied.
Declining does not stop a visitor from reading the ingredient catalogue, calling (201) 637-9305, emailing [email protected] or sending an inquiry. It stops optional storage and the related advertising or analytics use.
06 / Policies and contact
Ask about one storage key and get a direct route.
Google Ads and Google services publish their policies at policies.google.com. Microsoft Advertising's own privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com. Meta's privacy policy is at Meta privacy policies.
For a question about a specific cookie or storage key, email [email protected] or write to 433 HACKENSACK AVENUE, SUITE 401, HACKENSACK, NJ 07601, United States. Call (201) 637-9305 if writing is not practical.
The full personal-data disclosure is in Privacy. The business route remains a cooking and baking ingredients inquiry, not a checkout.
